Start the new year strong and calm! Take 30 minutes at 3:30 for 10 days in a row January 9th to January 18th. These sessions are facilitated by students in the MindFIT Facilitator-In-Training program. Each day you will be exposed to a different facilitating style and meditation practice. You will also be given time for group and self-reflection.
