Conflicts can get heated. Learn how to 'put out the fire' of a challenging situation and lower interpersonal tension to resolve the conflict with a cool head. This event is run by Housing Services in partnership with trained mediators from St. Stephen's Community House.
This event is open to ALL University of Toronto students, staff, and faculty.
